  • Workspace Data: Information related to your Slack and Microsoft Teams workspaces, including channel metadata, user identifiers, and message routing preferences.
    We do not store any message content.
  • Usage Data: Technical information such as IP address, device type, browser, operating system, log data, and activity within the Service.
  • Support & Communication: Information you provide when contacting us for support or feedback.
Account & workspace data is fully encrypted.
